Overall I support this dealer. Service advisors are great! However they have recommended fluid flush four times and can't fix the record that shows it has been done. Though not Service advisors are great! However they have recommended fluid flush four times and can't fix the record that shows it has been done. Though not predatory it feels like very poor form. Also they lost record of my warranty for two years.... If the service advisors weren't so personable I would've switched to an independent shop a long time ago. More

Paid my deposit, signed all my paperwork but never received my car. I was given a bunch of excuses and asked to sign documents three times due to “errors”.
