The maintenance crew did a great job to install a hitch on my new Equinox. The probably was that all the parts were not available, so the hitch is not fully useable. They indicated that they did not kn on my new Equinox. The probably was that all the parts were not available, so the hitch is not fully useable. They indicated that they did not know when the parts would be available or made. VERY DISAPPOINTED when it is a new 2026 and a hitch is available but not all the parts. So have a partial hitch. NOT GOOD. More
