Great place to buy a vehicle. I inquired about a used Chevy truck. After a couple of emails I was provided an out the door price. I traveled 2+ hours the next day to look at the truck and when I arrived I meet up with Casey and the truck was parked up front waiting for me. He allowed me to take it on a test drive and to take as much time as I needed. When I returned, the appraisal for my car was ready. After some negotiation we had a deal. They were able to beat the APR I was already approved for by a .25 percent. All dealer add ons were explained to me but were not “Pushed” on me. The truck was sent to get cleaned up and then Casey was waiting on a “Tablet” to finish up the paperwork. I was wondering what that meant but when we went to finish the paperwork, to my surprise the “Tablet” was the size of the top of the desk. It was extremely helpful as all the paperwork was electronically signed and all the paperwork was given to me on a credit card thumb-drive. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and the dealership was clean. Overall took about 3 hours from me arriving to me leaving. If you are in the need for a new or used vehicle, I would definitely recommend Rivard Buick GMC and especially Casey. Thank you Casey! More

Casey was extremely helpful in getting a deal on a Buick Envision I could live with. He sat with me in the car multiple times teaching me the multitude of computer settings. The only negative experience has nothing to do with the dealership but with Buick. The car only came with a minimal printed owners manual. You were expected to download it to your phone. I personally like a paper book to refer to with an index and pages I can earmark. They are available to order from Buick for a hefty cost of $50.00 with a $30 shipping and handling fee!! When I decided to bite the bullet and order one, they were out of stock!. I highly recommend Reviard dealership but I would include a complete paper manual in the deal next time. More
