I drove off the lot and immediately had transmission light come on on drive home, had to drive back and have fixed, got home after getting it back and had a new axle leak and had to drive another hour b light come on on drive home, had to drive back and have fixed, got home after getting it back and had a new axle leak and had to drive another hour back, spent a lot of time driving back and for to get a 2018 car fixed. Confidence in the vehicle is still very low due to all the complications. Made getting a newer vehicle an unpleasant experience. More

Nice clean and large dealership. Lots of selections to choose from. Staff was friendly and not pushy at all. Casey assisted us, gave us the space and time we needed to make a choice and was patient but th choose from. Staff was friendly and not pushy at all. He also went above and beyond to get the color and model we wanted from another dealer nearby. Will definitely buy from them again in the future. Extremely happy with Mr Casey Loughlin. I had a 2012 Sonic that the Transmission out on it , and Casey went out of his way to help me get another perowned vehicle. I have heard great things about Honda Sonic that the Transmission out on it , and Casey went out of his way to help me get another perowned vehicle. I was ready to walk away because I had made an online appt to see a car and it was not available to see. This happened twice with the same salesperson! Teresa and Casey changed my mind and got me a grea appt to see a car and it was not available to see. This happened twice with the same salesperson!
