I went in to the showroom as a dealer's worst nightmare, because I had an enormous amount of negative equity in a car I managed to put 30K miles on in just over a 2 years, but my salesperson, John Pepitone, worked tirelessly with the appraisal of my trade, to put together a deal that I could afford and would result in the total elimination of my negative equity. The staff was friendly, energetic and all of them genuinely care that their customers are happy and will advise you in an honest manner, even if it is not what you want to hear, but thanks to their advice I am driving a brand new 2019 Grand Cherokee Jeep Altitude with full warranty for less than I would have spent to be in a 3 year old car without a warranty and I will have completely eliminated the negative equity at the end. This is a high quality dealer with genuine and honest salespeople. I couldn't be happier and will certainly be going back to get my wife a car. More

Jeep Purchase I had been looking to end my lease on my Ford Explorer. I wanted a smaller vehicle with a smaller monthly payment. Jae greeted us, but allowed us t I had been looking to end my lease on my Ford Explorer. I wanted a smaller vehicle with a smaller monthly payment. Jae greeted us, but allowed us to look around and see what each of the cars had to offer. He was available to answer all of our questions without the pressure that sales people at other dealers had made us feel. The entire experience made me feel comfortable. Jae helped me to find a car that had all of the features that I was interested in. I wanted to take a test drive, and he immediately set about to make that happen. Upon returning, we were introduced to a manager who was just as friendly and helpful as Jae. My husband and I had a lot to consider. There were actually 3 different car companies that we were seriously considering. I must say that the pleasant experience that we had with Jae made the decision for us. We went back to Town and Country to tell Jae our decision and he had my new car ready for me the very next day! Jae was also most helpful with our lease return to Ford. I will definitely recommend Jae to my friends and colleagues. More

From the second you walk in the door, you can feel the warm inviting environment. This location surpasses garden city (where we last got a vehicle which was a complete nightmare) and Merrick where we also went to test drive the vehicle I ended up buying from town and country, but when we went to Merrick the salesperson said the Vehicle’s car battery was dead and did not even offer to jump it. They lost a sale. The finance manager, Valerie, was also extremely helpful and concerned about my down payment and had my best interest in mind. I was truly impressed. I am so happy that town and country Jeep got by business because they were well deserving of it. My husband and I are now leasing two dodge vehicles and we intend to only return to this location because of their service and sales associates. A+++ job! Thank you! More
