Cassidy was terrific. He very patiently pointed out the details of the car. There were so many great features on the Legacy we bought that Cassidy spent a lot of time with He very patiently pointed out the details of the car. There were so many great features on the Legacy we bought that Cassidy spent a lot of time with us making sure that we understood each one of them. He was courteous and very accommodating. He even called us a couple of days later to see if we had any questions. We would not hesitate referring friends to Cassidy. However we were a bit disappointed with the closing procedure that Premium Subaru follows. We would have liked to meet with the financial manager and have a copy of the financial details of our agreement before the closing date so we could review the agreement before we came to pick up our car. This way we could have answers to The questions we had. Overall our experience with Premium Subaru was very good. More
