Buying a car is half the battle when you have another that your in the middle of dealing with. Cassidy and Gretchen at Subaru Watertown were the kind of folk you want to march alongside with when somethi that your in the middle of dealing with. Cassidy helped me get money out of my previous vehicle, which I almost might not have known about, and Gretchen guided me in the financing section towards getting my new, laying everything down and assisting with dealing with USAA. Admittedly there were a few small things I could've done without but it veered more towards issues with my auto loan, which is sort of out of the hands of the dealers. Other than that, and I think there was one charge we forgot to disclose on my first visit, but I have no regrets about buying from here. More
