Visited the service center twice in two weeks to repair/ properly diagnose a squealing drivers side wheel. Initial visit an alignment was performed and did not correct the issue. After a return visit I was properly diagnose a squealing drivers side wheel. Initial visit an alignment was performed and did not correct the issue. After a return visit I was told it was my caliper covers causing the noise in which they only took off one side and left them on the opposite. After visiting a local sycamore mechanic, it was two seizing pins in my caliper and a need for replace breaks which was never mentioned by the dealer. I also had two back listened plate lights that were out that was also not discovered. I would not recommend this dealer for any repair service. More

This was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. Stay away from Kunes. We are still trying to get them to be accountable for parts of the deal that have not been followed through on and they life. Stay away from Kunes. I couldn't be more pleased, or say enough about the great folks in the service department at Kunes CDJR in Sycamore. I had numerous failures on emissions components on my 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie with the 6.7 folks in the service department at Kunes CDJR in Sycamore. I had numerous failures on emissions components on my 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie with the 6.7 Cummins Turbo Diesel that by law, and by the EPA and CARB settlement agreement with Cummins, were to be covered under extended warranty by Cummins. I can only assume that because this was shortly after the settlement agreement was reached in late December/early January, that Cummins was dragging their feet on covering huge parts and labor repair costs. My truck went into the dreaded LIMP mode, and couldn't be driven until the repairs were made. Parts were on backorder for 7-10 days, and this happened on two different occasions. Kunes stepped up each time and kept me out of the middle, immediately getting me into a loaner, and dealing with Chrysler and or Cummins to cover the cost of the repairs that Cummins was responsible for. Maxx, Cody, and Tony kept me in the loop the entire time, and called to check on how things were going several times after repairs were made and I had driven the truck for a few days!! The Tech that worked on my truck was phenomenal. I ask a lot of questions, and he was very generous with his time, answered all of them, and did great work. The gentlemen that would greet me when I'd come in, or that gave me a ride home were very kind and friendly as well. I felt like I was treated like family the entire time. I highly recommend Kunes CDJR in Sycamore for your Mopar service needs!! Thank ya'll for everything!!! More

Great customer service. Kunes Dekalb, IL gives that special touch that they care and will make your experience non-stressful. Not all dealers do that.
