Cassie M was great. Knew about the cars and was patient showing me around and helping with the test drive. I got a great deal with the car I went in looking to buy. She helped get it set up and answered all my questions. My one off putting experience was with the paper work at the end with someone else, where the processes wasn’t explained clearly and I got stuck into a 60 month payment plan when I was expecting a 48 month. If I would have seen all the numbers and how it was ~$7000 for the extra warranty and chip protect I would not have done it. But it was a learning experience and she worked with me on getting it “resolved” ( they can’t take off the 60 month payments so I have to pay it off “early”) More

I think Gladstone had an edge because it was the second Toyota dealership I’d visited in six hours AND Gladstone had the car I wanted in stock. So then it became about final price.
