After purchasing to many cars at this dealership. It is disappointing that they let me walk away from a 40000 car for over a 1000 dollars. Then after all the papers were signed - thanks Manny - in under 45 minutes - Cathy gave me the instructional tour of my new car - she spent an hour going over EVERY detail and was patient while I learned everything this car has to offer me. Great service and follow up This is the second car I have bought with Cathy. She is lovely to work with and is very straight forward. I arrived at the dealership to look at the v This is the second car I have bought with Cathy. She is lovely to work with and is very straight forward. I arrived at the dealership to look at the vehicle with a sleeping toddler and a newborn. She ran back and forth from her desk to my car to work out purchase information. I really wanted to send pictures of the undercarraige to my mechanic, at 5:30 at night she got my car onto a lift and allowed me to drive into the service area to take photos. She is awesome. More
