Cecilia Rodriguez is very knowledgeable about cars. She listened to what I was looking for and needed. She worked with me for several weeks as I worked through what was best for me and moved from deciding on new car vs used. Cecilia explained features of vehicles well. With the help of New Car Manager, Dan Garcia, we worked out a finance package for my purchase. Alexa Dolpies, Finance Manager,capably worked through the financing with me. Cecilia has guided me about car features and operation and is there to review as needed. This coordinated help from the Lake Chevy team eased me through this car purchasing process.I am grateful and already feel at home at Lake Chevy where I have come for service for some years.
