This guy knew EVERYTHING about every vehicle I looked at, and I went through the whole lot. I was blown away by the cleanliness & condition of their inventory! All the used cars had brand new tires & looked like new inside & out. Cedric knew the specs on every vehicle, demonstrated the equipment/features for us, took us on multiple test drives and really helped us find the perfect vehicle for our needs & budget. He never got annoyed with my many, many questions, and that's saying alot... I'm a very picky customer. He knew the vehicles inside & out and made comparison shopping easy. I really liked that he wasn't at all pushy, in a rush, or dismissive of my concerns. Alot of salespeople will just "BS" you or brush off your questions when they don't know what you're asking, but Cedric was the real deal. He was super smart on all the bluetooth, navigation & other advanced features. Once we decided on the right vehicle and got down to negotiating the deal, he went to bat for us and got us the very best price I could have hoped for. There were no doc fees, admin costs or other hidden expenses added to my order... the sale was straight-forward, easy to understand, & hassle-free. I couldn't be happier! I feel like I got the best deal in Tulsa. We definitely got our "Nikel's" worth, LOL!! Thanks Cedric, you'll be my first call next time I need a car! More
