The dealership itself I have never had any trouble with, I have purchased 3 cars over the years with grey Daniels and this is my fourth, all their staff worked together to take care of me and again at the end Mr Coster was there to see me off b with my new keys in hand. I will only buy from Cedrique My husband and i went to every dealership around. And Cedrique was the only one who was not a pushy sales man. He wanted to make sure we got what we w My husband and i went to every dealership around. And Cedrique was the only one who was not a pushy sales man. He wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. He spent days working with me. He made such an impression that when we came back to buy our next car, we waited around till he was finished with his previous customer, we didn’t want to bother with anyone else. He stayed late to make sure we were take Care of before he left. Now when he sees me he always makes it a point to come say hello and chat with me. He is a great guy and a terrific salesman. We love Toyota but if he goes to a different dealership we will follow him! More

I feel scammed by this dealer. I bought a 2007 toyota corolla from them 6 months ago. I was told there were no issues in the car and it had 4 brand new tires. All of this was a lie. I bought a 2007 toyota corolla from them 6 months ago. I was told there were no issues in the car and it had 4 brand new tires. All of this was a lie. I had to replace not only two tires but also the water pump, brakes, and two motor mounts. There is a vibration in the car that will not go away. It gets more severe each day. When I first drove it, I barely felt it since the air was turned all the way up. I guess this was done to hide the issue. I was scammed completely and sold a broken car. I would not buy a car from them again. The only reason I go there is because I have to get so many repairs done. There were also original floor mats in there when I test drove it. When they brought the car to me they were gone. I called Cedrique to get me some and he brought me 10 dollar ones not the originals. I am very unhappy about my purchase. More

They truly care about service AFTER the sale. I would definately recommend Gray-Daniels to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

My wife and I are senior citizens on a fixed income and are seeing more of our money going for auto repairs and gas. We have children and grandchildren in San Antonio and Seattle and try to spend as much are seeing more of our money going for auto repairs and gas. We have children and grandchildren in San Antonio and Seattle and try to spend as much time with them as possible. We have owned GM, Ford, and Toyota products in the past and have been pleased with them overall, but this time we wanted something we hope will last and provide good service AND economy. After doing a lot of research and looking at various models, we became interested in a car with most of the amenities, durability, and economy of a Toyota Camry Hybrid. The salesman was very courteous and patient with us - never once did we feel under pressure or managed. For example, we drove 3 or 4 vehicles and took our time(3 weeks) before deciding. My wife and I agree that what sold us on the Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid was the ride, quietness, the room, color, and economy as reported in several national magazines. What sold us on Gray-Daniels was the Sales Consuntant, Finance Department, and Customer Relations. Whenever we walked into the facility an passed a stranger, they'd would smile and speak to us. This was refreshing. Now to see how durable and economic it is and how the Service Department responds. More

Mr. Cedrique Kelly and Mr. Wayne Eldridge put the satisfaction in "customer satisfaction." Because of my physical disability, my husband and I took many test drives at Gray-Daniels to find the car t satisfaction in "customer satisfaction." Because of my physical disability, my husband and I took many test drives at Gray-Daniels to find the car that we wanted and that best suited us. They were very patient and understanding. They did everything they could to accomodate us and help us. Although it was a very busy day (the last Saturday in June 2012), they treated us as if we were their only customers. It has been a long time since we have experienced that kind of customer care in any business establishment. Mr. Kelly and Mr. Deon Bernard delivered our car to us, as driving it all the way back to our house (an hour away) would have been very difficult for me. They were friendly and caring and quick. Mr. Kelly, Mr. Eldridge and Mr. Bernard were all professional, courteous, and very kind. We will definitely be back to Gray-Daniels Toyota, and we hope to do business with these three again. Our 2012 Camry is exactly what we wanted, at a good price. Our family already has a 1998 Camry, a 2008 Camry, a 2009 Corolla, and a 1992 Toyota pickup. Obviously, we like and trust Toyotas, but this was our first experience at Gray-Daniels, and it was a very positive one. We will be back, and we recommend it to others. Thank you. More
