I was shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, but I feel Ideal Hyundai's standards fall short for a CPO. Their inspectors certified this vehicle as a CPO, but it appears they strive to meet the minimum standard, which I know is all that is required. Nothing was a deal breaker, just disappointing as it is not the standard I normally see when shopping for a CPO vehicle. They even got a bit patronizing when I asked for the original, 4-year old rear tires with over 40K miles to be replaced, stating it passed inspection and making comments like it's not a new vehicle. They changed the two old tires, so we left with 4 good tires, they also changed the air filter that had not been replaced and ordered the second key fob that was missing, so all the important things were addressed, for which I am truly grateful! Thank you, but in my honest opinion I feel these items should have been done on their own without me having to point them out. More
