Excellent Service- Great Advisor I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a weird noise I was hearing. My Service Advisor, Paul drove my car a few feet and knew exactly I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a weird noise I was hearing. My Service Advisor, Paul drove my car a few feet and knew exactly what the noise was and why. He explained to me what it was and said he would get it taken care of. He assigned me a loaner and stayed intouch with me the entire time my car was in service. He did not have any work completed without my okay. Being a woman going to a dealership for service can at times, be frustrating. Paul never pressures me to get services done and only makes suggestions as long as it is not a safety issue. If he makes a suggestion and I decline, that is the end of it. Although, I ended up paying a little more than expected, thanks to the previous dealership, it was well worth it.
