This dealership has the most incredible staff! !! Everyone was so nice!!! Very smart personnel, very kind, very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with my salesman went above and beyond t !! I will definitely buy another car from Santa Monica BMW.!!! The gentleman in the office who took care of the paperwork was very knowledgeable also and very kind and very easy to work with!!! I even talked to the owner who was extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable and just a joy to speak with everyone from the owner to the Salesman to the gentleman who does the paperwork made me feel so ease buying this brand new BMW it was a pleasure to work with them!!! Krstyal at Santa Monica BMW was very helpful. There were a few challenges, I explained those to her, and she went above and beyond to fix the situation and offer excellent service. SM BMW also has extended hours, you can drop your car at 7am and pick it up anytime before 7pm. More

Was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a BMW dealership. Zero communication and the service advisor tried to prevent me from speaking to the manager. I went to the agency today, mid-morning. They were so busy that I couldn't even be attended. I was also told, that just to check on a simple problem I'd have to leave my car there for about They were so busy that I couldn't even be attended. I was also told, that just to check on a simple problem I'd have to leave my car there for about 3 days. There were 3 people waiting for a loaner car, but none was available at the moment for anyone. I'm glad the company is doing so well but not impressed with the lack of service. I was told I could halfway across town to see if I can get service. Or out of town. Is this the famous BMW car care? I'm thinking of selling my car for one that has accessible service. It won't be a BMW. More
