Excellent service Oscar and the staff at Longo are very professional and helpful. CESAR was a great help in helping me find the perfect car. I loved my car. my payments were reasonable too! Unfortunately my car was totaled in an accident.. I went back to lease another car and some other dealer (Patrick) tried to sell me one of their most expensive cars , it had over 300 miles and he said THAT was the only car they had in white I called Cesar and told him I would only deal with him. I trust him.. He's great and was so patient in dealing with me. I expect to get the same GREAT service when I go back. He was recommended to me in 2016 and I can see why. I love Toyota cars especially the Rav4. I hope the 2019 is as good to me as the 2017. see you soon Cesar!!! More

Cesar sin not a good salesman at all. He called me and said he had received an email stating that I had questions and then he said “do u have any questions” and I said I was indecisive as He called me and said he had received an email stating that I had questions and then he said “do u have any questions” and I said I was indecisive as to what to do at the end of my lease and he repeated the the thing about the email to which I answered “no” the sencond time around and then he said “ok call us if u have any questions, have a nice day” and that was the end of our conversation. An indecisive customer is a great customer to maybe even practice your selling skills. I was expecting questions as to what I need from a vehicle and suggestions on some Toyota cars I can look at. But none of that happened. Guess he doesn’t want a sale or even care if I decide to go with Honda instead. More
