Excellent service Oscar and the staff at Longo are very professional and helpful. Although the pre owned vehicle we first came in for became unavailable, there was another comparable car in price, mileage, and condition. Bringing two young children, they got our paperwork done as quick as possible. There's a reason why they are always the #1 selling Toyota dealership in the nation. More

CESAR was a great help in helping me find the perfect car. I loved my car. my payments were reasonable too! Unfortunately my car was totaled in an accident.. I went back to lease another car and some other dealer (Patrick) tried to sell me one of their most expensive cars , it had over 300 miles and he said THAT was the only car they had in white I called Cesar and told him I would only deal with him. I trust him.. He's great and was so patient in dealing with me. I expect to get the same GREAT service when I go back. He was recommended to me in 2016 and I can see why. I love Toyota cars especially the Rav4. I hope the 2019 is as good to me as the 2017. see you soon Cesar!!! More

Cesar sin not a good salesman at all. He called me and said he had received an email stating that I had questions and then he said “do u have any questions” and I said I was indecisive as He called me and said he had received an email stating that I had questions and then he said “do u have any questions” and I said I was indecisive as to what to do at the end of my lease and he repeated the the thing about the email to which I answered “no” the sencond time around and then he said “ok call us if u have any questions, have a nice day” and that was the end of our conversation. An indecisive customer is a great customer to maybe even practice your selling skills. I was expecting questions as to what I need from a vehicle and suggestions on some Toyota cars I can look at. But none of that happened. Guess he doesn’t want a sale or even care if I decide to go with Honda instead. More
