I worked with Cesar when it came time to start a new lease, with new car. He was great. Professional, patient, explained everything clearly, more than once if need be. I didn't have time the day of the new lease starting to get a full tutorial on how to use all the new and exciting functions my Terrain offers, so he invited me back to the dealership the following Monday, in which he would sit with me and go over EVERYTHING. I returned on Monday and he spent about 50 minutes with me going over all the bells and whistles in my new car so I could get the most out of my new leased car. I feel comfortable walking in to the dealership any time I have questions about my car/lease, or if I need refresh of "what does this button do again?"
