Being in the high risk category for Covid-19, I preferred to communicate with Cesar via email during our discussion about an upcoming new lease on a Buick Encore. I had many questions both about a new lease and a possible purchase of the current vehicle. Cesar was extremely patient with me. He answered all of my questions and offered a couple of lease options that were very favorable for what I was willing to afford. Today I cam in to pick up the new vehicle and again Cesar demonstrated excellent professionalism, kindness and respect. He facilitated my time in the dealership perfectly. He explained all of the new features clearly and again answered my questions thoroughly. Overall, it was a terrific experience, made all the better by Cesar's outstanding dedication to his customers. I strongly recommend Sullivan Buick and Cesar for any assistance in looking into a new car purchase or lease. He is terrific! I also want to put in a good word for Mike O'Connell, the Business Manager at Sullivan Buick. While I worked with Mike on a previous lease agreement, I was very impressed with the speed with which he explained all of the documents needed for the lease and yet made me feel very safe and comfortable. Cesar was excellent - very personable and straight to the point, did not beat around the bush and answered all questions I had. Overall I had an excellent car buying experience here and would highly recommend - not to mention I was only in the dealership for less than 1.5 hours (including a test drive) and drove home that day in my new car with all registration and plate stickers taken care of.
