I bought my car at this dealership a month ago and their customer service is terrible. They promised to set up an appointment for me to install the security system and I have not heard back yet. I had a rough time as a customer over a year ago. When I came in a few weeks back I was put in a nice Frontier but the deal sort of went into limbo. After finally coming back in I was taken care of well and came in a few weeks back I was put in a nice Frontier but the deal sort of went into limbo. After finally coming back in I was taken care of well and fair. Guys were eager to make up for the miscommunication. I can say I'm happy with my decision and the sales team treated me more than fair. Made me feel valued as a customer and not just a sales figure. My only complaint, Cesar needs customer service training, learn to be human and not a collection robot. More
