Ariel Huerta clearly explained the various options available on the Ford 150 Tremor. He likewise showed us the different colors on the lot in the bright sun, which was optimal. Once we identified the exterior color, Ariel proceeded to open the doors and show us all the details of the interior. He was so thorough and demonstrated how many of the options works, which was helpful. Ariel never seemed rushed and answered all our questions. A couple of times he checked on things that could benefit our purchase, i.e., did the Tremor qualify for the lower interest rates, etc. Once we determined the accessories we wanted, Ariel completed the appropriate paperwork and told us he’d keep us advised of our order status, which he did. Overall, the Corwin Ford employees with whom we interacted were courteous and helpful. Working with Ariel was a great experience, and we will definitely contact him for any future vehicles. Cesario Suarez was my salesman, I originally came to Corwin Ford to look at 2 of the used vehicles that they had. After looking I was not impressed at what the payment would be with interest rates on us Corwin Ford to look at 2 of the used vehicles that they had. After looking I was not impressed at what the payment would be with interest rates on used vehicles. Cesario asked what I was looking for and talked to me about the new Bronco sport and that it was more feasible to buy a new one at a lower price than a used one. He took the time to explain that I would be happier with the rebates and the warranties that I would have verses no warranties on the used vehicles. I never had a ford and was not interested when I came to the lot but after Cesario took the time to go over the safety features of the Bronco Sport I was sold on it. I appreciate the time he took to help and give me an understanding of this vehicle. I am glad that I purchased it and am happy with the no pressure perspective that I felt with this salesman. Cesario is understanding of what you need and able to make sure it is going to be a good fit for the individual. Thank you, Corwin Ford, for having such great people working for you, you are a classy place. More
