I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500 HD from Culver City Chevrolet. The salesman, Jorge, was polite, courteous, and informative. When it came time to negotiate, he handed it off to his Assistant Culver City Chevrolet. The salesman, Jorge, was polite, courteous, and informative. When it came time to negotiate, he handed it off to his Assistant manager, Cesar Vega. Mr. Vega is one shady character. He did the back-and-forth a few times then when he saw he wasn’t making any headway he offered to sell us a six year 60,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty for $3000. We agreed after getting home and logging in to Chevy‘s website. We observed that we had no extended warranty and that it was a basic bait and switch operation. He basically charged us $3000 more for the truck than what was negotiated. I’ve left a review on Google and received a response from the owner, Mr. Baratian, 424 263 6740. He claimed to be concerned and asked that I reach out to him with any issues I may have had. I’ve reached out twice now with no response. Additionally the dealer lost one of our keys and then tried to tell me that the $85,000 truck only was sold with one key. They’ve since corrected that and if their expense had a new key made with fob. Avoid this and if they’re expense had a new key made with fob. Avoid this dealer at all costs. And if you make the mistake of purchasing from them avoid Mr. Vega like it’s the plague. He will rip you off, and you will have no recourse. Plenty of other dealers in the area that seem to be honest come to find out the owner has nine dealers in total I would research any other dealership to make sure he’s not the owner before going there.
