In June of this year 2023, I came by Maplewood Toyota hoping to find a RAV4 that suited me. Maplewood Toyota didn’t have it but Cha helped me looked for one with everything that I wanted. Honestly speaking, I would have rated Cha a 10 out of 5 for his excellent service if there is such an option. As a first time buyer, his exceptional knowledge and work ethic goes beyond just servicing for his excellent service if there is such an option. As a first time buyer, his exceptional knowledge and work ethic goes beyond just servicing a customer. He has gone above and beyond. Not many dealers will accommodate your schedule into theirs by adjusting theirs to fit with yours. Not many dealers will do a through guide to what your car does or help with miscleanous advice. Cha did his job amazingly and should be rewarded for his efforts, be it an award or a nice bonus. To give knowledge to the driver on how to use his car for his own safety is something that every dealer should do. Sadly not many dealers are like him, so I will say this again. Cha Yang cares about his customer and their own safety on the road. He wants you to know how to use your car so if an accident happens, you are taken care of.
