I know they want to make a sale, but this was so much more than that. Amy Parkin & Cha Yang were over the top in their commitment to me being extremely satisfied. They worked quick, and were focused on making sure I knew everything that was happening, versus rushing through to get to the next customer. We left with a new and refreshed point of view on how sales should really work in the car business. Cha made sure we knew everything about the car, downloaded the right apps, made sure they were connected and everything worked to make the experience as best as possible. From the time Amy & I connected, she was all over what she could do to help me. She gave me the unvarnished truth, and helped me understand what could be done and what couldn't.
