This is our 3rd vehicle we’ve bought from Victory and enjoyed each experience. Garrett was our initial salesman and we had an immediate connection with him. The dealership and staff were very welcoming without pressure. I was able to look around without someone watching every move. JOE ELLIOT was our dealer. He was great! I believe I was treated fairly and the salesman worked with me well. He sat down and reviewed what I was looking for and searched out vehicles for me. There have been other dealerships where I have been to where they were only interested in what they had in stock however buying a new vehicle can is stressful and shouldn't be taken lightly. Joe was patient and helped me get the truck I wanted instead of just trying to push me on what was there. More

Had horrible experience with Victory Chevrolet. I custom ordered a new 2024 Silverado 2500HD 4 or 5 months ago. So the wait was a long time, granted not their fault. The problem is that I was calle I custom ordered a new 2024 Silverado 2500HD 4 or 5 months ago. So the wait was a long time, granted not their fault. The problem is that I was called and told the truck would be delivered to the dealer in a couple days and can I come in and finalize the paperwork. I sit down with the salesman and I added $2500 worth of dealer installed options I wanted. Great so far. Then we go over the purchase agreement and on top of my chosen options the dealer added $2500 of market demand markup and $2700 worth of dealer "mandatory" options (oxymoron) . After I refused to pay $2500 above sticker value on a truck I ordered and waited months for they did remove that cost. They then refused to not install $2700 worth of dealer options I had no desire for. The point of custom ordering is to add things I want, not put items on I don't want. I was informed that's how they make money, wow. They then told me they were not selling me the custom truck I ordered because I declined their items. Really? Bottom line is that none of this was mentioned or written on the order agreement I signed and deposited $1000 on. What horrible predatory business practices. I wait months for a custom order and they try to handcuff me with almost $6000 of extra cost. I called GM to file a complaint and the customer service agent was flabbergasted. I was informed they would escalate my complaint. I don't expect any resolution but I had to share my bad experience. I did follow up with 3 different dealers when I got home to check if I went to their lot for a Silverado 2500 could I expect a market markup or thousands of dollars worth of dealer added options I didn't want. I was told no. The next day I got exactly what I wanted plus extra items I wasn't originally going to pay for, but like having and for less from Feldman Chevrolet. I purposely went to Victory originally because they were a small town dealer. So sorry that I did after my experience. More
