I am done working with Audi West Palm Beach. My advisor Jennifer was great but the service tech and customer service is horrible. Too much to write but tired of dealing with a dealership that does not eve Jennifer was great but the service tech and customer service is horrible. Too much to write but tired of dealing with a dealership that does not ever execute any of their promises, you are just are kept running in circles, will be using Audi in Stuart for now on. I have bought and leased 2 trucks and the level of customer service to resolve an issue is indescribable. Still waiting on a second key that was never given on my new lease, told it was lost, still have my old Q8 attached to the MMI so can't activate my new vehicle to the system. More

Dealer Preparation and Detailing - Subpar For starters upon inspection of the car, there were black scuffs on numerous areas of the chassis for which the salesman removed with some cleaning fl For starters upon inspection of the car, there were black scuffs on numerous areas of the chassis for which the salesman removed with some cleaning fluid. The Interior of the car had a black mark on the driver's side pillar, still visible even after cleaning attempt. Dashboard has some sort of glue on the glossy area, I had to remove. Aluminum frame around the plastic has some defect (not horrible). A rubber band apparently is still dried onto the turn signal. Two weeks after accepting delivery, the car was low on washer fluid and I literally used it maybe 4-5 times, it took over 1 gallon. Is this not "dealer prep"? More
