Brett in Service is always so very helpful! I bought my car, have it serviced there and if cars EVER come in, will probably buy there again someday. Real close to work too. The only issue I had with this service department was that I originally was told it would only take like 30 minutes. Then when I got there and signed it, it went to 90 minutes; and it was actually clos that I originally was told it would only take like 30 minutes. Then when I got there and signed it, it went to 90 minutes; and it was actually close to 2 hours. Then the paperwork they give you is not true!! I have no idea how they count their time!!! It really makes you doubt that their labor hours they charge you is true!!! Very upsetting in this economic situation in the United States currently. More
