Had oil change, tire rotation, multi system inspection and replacement of front and back wipers. Waited 2 hours for the service. In the past with the same service I would wait a maximum of 1 hr. Had to and replacement of front and back wipers. Waited 2 hours for the service. In the past with the same service I would wait a maximum of 1 hr. Had to return because the rear wiper had not been adjusted and therefore did not wipe the entire rear window. Was told it would not take long and it took 1 hour which is unacceptable. More

We always drop off are vehicle for service and when completed they call and we it pick up. Easy as that. I'm a stickler about my vehicle's. So I alway check to see if everything has been done .
