We've bought multiple cars in the past fom KIA, however this time we needed a car fast. Chad, and Rich worked with us and helped us with our decision. Before purchasing our 2023 Kia Telluride, we visited three Kia dealerships on Long Island, one of which (Generation Kia) was literally across the street from our house. So why didn't we buy our $50,000 three Kia dealerships on Long Island, one of which (Generation Kia) was literally across the street from our house. So why didn't we buy our $50,000 Telluride from that dealer? Chad Echezuria, our sales person at Smithtown Kia is the answer! Working with Chad was an absolute pleasure! He is extremely patient, and we never felt pressured to make a decision. Most importantly, he knows the Telluride inside and out. The actual buying process was easy and straight forward with no "hidden charges" like Generation Kia's $1300 fee if you don't use their financing. Chad stays in touch with updates on our Telluride which is very comforting---it's a factory order so once it was placed, delivery is on the Kia factory in Georgia. Thanks Chad!! More

I had the opportunity to work with Chad and Richie and they were absolutely wonderful! After having a terrible experience at Generation Kia I came to them not knowing if they would be able to help!
