1 star because my car is fixed as of now. My issues started back in July and is just now fixed in October. The lack of communication and updates within this time frame is what was the most fr My issues started back in July and is just now fixed in October. The lack of communication and updates within this time frame is what was the most frustrating aspect of my service with Suntrup Kia. I understand that it takes a while to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it, but my phone calls and text messages were continuously ignored and I only got a response back if my husband called and asked for an update. I had a rental car for over 40 days. Because my car was on their lot that long without them driving it, my battery died and I had to pay to replace it because it wasn’t covered in warranty. If they took care of my car and didn’t allow it to just sit there, my less than 3 year old battery, would not of died like it did as I never had issues with it in the past. The overall experience was frustrating. I appreciate the service team working to fix the issue I had and did not give up, but everything else was subpar. Will not be giving Suntrup my business again. More
