Drake was the kind of salesperson I find to be comfortable dealing with. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Drake was able to determine which model Honda would best fit my needs. Chad has worked with me for probably a year or more of talking back of forth of getting into a new vehicle. It finally was able to happen and him and his fellow colleagues were wonderful to work with. He talking back of forth of getting into a new vehicle. Sales guys was Chad who was helpful during the first part of the buying process. I purchased auto start with my package and was told I’d receive a call to schedule an appointment for them to install it. 3-4 of the buying process. I purchased auto start with my package and was told I’d receive a call to schedule an appointment for them to install it. 3-4 days after closing I still had not received a call, so I called the dealership to schedule an appointment. I explained my situation and asked if I could be connected to the parts lady. I was transferred to Chad who answered my call with quite an attitude. I was confused why I was transferred to him so I figured I’d explain what happened and hope he could send me the right way and that would be all. Instead of being helpful I was responded to with annoyance and treated me very condescendingly. He tried to tell me I was wrong and the “actual day” my purchase was closed - he was incorrect. I felt very blown off and shocked that a company with such a “great reputation” would think that’s okay. I don’t want this to be described as “the angry customer that no one can please” because I am a very patient person - there were no conflicts when we met in person. I simply called and asked to scheduled my appointment, I don’t know why I was transferred to Chad and not the parts person. I don’t recommend Corwin Honda for the way Chad treated me over the phone. I don’t leave reviews, especially negative reviews, often. Do better, Corwin. More
