I've been in the auto business since I was born. My father had a lot in Springfield until he passed. I was never one to want to go to school, Ialways wanted to be at the dealership with my Dad.. From my fathers lot I went into the new car business right out of high school. After 12 years on the new car side I got into the wholesale side of the business.. What I love about my job is the ability to help guide my clients through the purchase of their next new vehicle with ease and confidence and the hopes of not just selling the vehicle but making a friend and client for life.

Professional yet personal! Enjoyed the company of Jaime, Jeff, Jack and several others that we talked to and helped us in 1 way or another! I would highly recommend visiting and inspecting a car in person in order to avoid potential disappointment. Secondly, I’m not a big fan of which ever member of senior management asked my sales person to NOT person in order to avoid potential disappointment. Secondly, I’m not a big fan of which ever member of senior management asked my sales person to NOT respond to a letter of concerns that I politely shared, saying he would handle it. He didn’t. I ended up having to call the Salesman myself after a week and a half just to confirm that he’d received the letter, and was told that his manager had told him not to respond. Everyone was always courteous, but this was disappointing. More

BUYER BEWARE ! !! They will not stand behind what they sale. Then they will lie to you as to what is covered. They have a warranty that comes with it, but they fail !! They will not stand behind what they sale. Then they will lie to you as to what is covered. They have a warranty that comes with it, but they fail to tell you that you are actually paying for it. We have had our truck about 2 months and keep running into problems. So far we have had to spend $300.00 to fix things that the dealership was responsible for. When people ask where we bought it from I tell them Oakley, they laugh. I should have asked around before I bought the truck. More
