The closer on the deal was, as ALL of the guys we dealt with, were very personable, straightforward/honest and very equipped to answer any questions we had and got the job done in no time! We had a trailer hitch installed 2 days later by their service department and each and every aspect of that process was also personable, quick and flawless. We have bought 12-15 cars from the Oakley Team in the past 3 decades and we trust them to help us get the finest vehicle each and every time. They do not disappoint!!! When we first worked with Oakley's, Jack's & Scott's Dad was in charge. Little by little, Jack & Scott became the owners and operators of the establishment and their Dad taught them quite well! I was somewhat disappointed in the dealership when they informed me that my backup camera and turn signal light were not covered under my warranty, when we knew that the signal light was out on the day I purchased the vehicle, and the backup camera stopped working on the evening that I purchased the vehicle. I’ve already ordered the replacement camera $69.00 on Amazon and I’ll just dig in and figure out the intermittent turn signal problem. All in all a good overall experience, but if you’re buying a vehicle here, get an agreement as to what they are going to fix and I’d get it in writing. More
