I had high hopes when purchasing my new vehicle from this dealership, but unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. I was only offered the chance to test drive one model, and I felt rush dealership, but unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. I was only offered the chance to test drive one model, and I felt rushed into the sale without the opportunity to explore other options. After purchase, I brought the vehicle back to have the windows tinted (a service arranged through the dealership), and when I picked it up, I noticed a large scratch on the front panel. No one took responsibility or offered a solution — extremely frustrating for a brand-new car. To make matters worse, I still have not received any information about how to set up my loan payments, despite multiple follow-ups. I also reached out to ask if I could exchange the car for a different model — something I was hoping might be possible within a reasonable window — and was told flatly that it wasn’t allowed. Overall, I feel like I was misled, ignored, and stuck with a vehicle that doesn’t meet my needs, and the post-sale customer service has been abysmal. I won’t be recommending this dealership to anyone. More
