Family I have never been in a dealership that I was more welcomed than at Bolton Ford. It was if I was family, the sales personnel (CHAD KNIPPA) didn’t push anything on me but tailored to what I wanted. The sale of the 2016 F-150 Sport was flawless and very painless. I will buy every car that I own from this dealership. To the date almost 10 months later every time I’m at the dealership for a service CHAD will take time out of his busy schedule and talk to me and make sure everything is still good on my truck. I can’t say enough about this dealership, except if your looking to buy a vehicle you need to make your way to Bolton Ford you will not be sorry for it. Excellent truck buying experience! I really enjoy owning/purchasing new vehicles but typically hate the vehicle buying process. Most dealerships drag things out and make it an all day a I really enjoy owning/purchasing new vehicles but typically hate the vehicle buying process. Most dealerships drag things out and make it an all day affair that mentally drains you until you just give up and sign. I definitely did not experience that or anything close to it with Chad Knippa & Bolton Ford. They were straight up with me in what they could do and what their offer was. I told my wife, "this was the first time I've left a dealership and haven't felt like I needed a vacation afterwards!" Chad Knippa made sure I knew everything about the truck I was buying and took me around & showed me the updated service department and what they have to offer. This was the first time I had a salesman that actually took the time to make sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the vehicle I was buying and what Bolton Ford had to offer after the sale.
