Ahmed was very accommodating and demonstrated thought the process of dealing with a customer 450 miles away his sincerity in assuring me that sight unseen I could be confident the car. The car was as pristine as the pictures, service history and the low mileage indicated. When it was trucked to my home within 5 days the result could not have been more satisfying. Going into this transaction I was skeptical of considering purchasing site unseen. I had spent 57 years in the retail car business (49 years on showroom floors) and had often heard of disappointments in the car buying experiences. Overall a great experience. I drove from Grand Rapids Michigan to Chicago because they had the exact car I wanted at an out the door price that was a few thousand dollars less than anything I could find Michigan to Chicago because they had the exact car I wanted at an out the door price that was a few thousand dollars less than anything I could find within 100 miles of my house. My salesman Ahmed was upfront and honest about everything. The only thing that didn’t sit well with me was the Allstate Theft Deterrent Warranty I was required to buy. It’s basically just a dealer fee they charge. When you see the online price and then see the dealer fee it feels like a bait and switch but it’s really not because Ahmed told me about it before I drove to Chicago. Just make sure you get the bottom line out the door price before you drive to Chicago. More

Outstanding Experience I recently traveled to Chicago for work, and was looking for a newer but used Mercedes GL 550 for our family car. After visiting multiple dealerships I recently traveled to Chicago for work, and was looking for a newer but used Mercedes GL 550 for our family car. After visiting multiple dealerships and viewing a total of 5 vehicles, I was extremely underwhelmed by the quality, selections and the overall customer service experience. The last dealership I visited was Greater Chicago Motors. Greater Chicago Motors exceeds any dealership I have visited todate, with exceptional customer service, and quality of product. The collection of high-end automobiles within the dealership was more than impressive. I truly enjoyed viewing the BMW I8. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ahmed, offered water and Coffee. Ahmed had the GL I was interested in brought out, cleaned and washed before I looked at it. Ahmed handed the vehicle over to me and allowed me the space and time to look the vehicle over alone and test drive it. After talking to Ahmed about specific details, options and range of mileage I was comfortable with he brought out a second GL and same as before it was washed, cleaned and inspected before pulling it up. It was exactly what I was looking for and in pristine condition. I think it is important to note that dealing with the financial portion of the transaction with Ahmed was also an excellent experience that thankfully lacked the standard back and forth wheeling and dealing mentality of most dealerships I have experienced in the past. After the purchase of our new family vehicle with Greater Chicago Motors, I had a 2 day business trip out of the country. Upon my return Ahmed arranged my transportation from the airport and my car was completely detailed and ready for my 9 hour drive home. Greater Chicago Motors hosts an outstanding and impressive compilation of remarkable and high end vehicles. The customer service and all-around experience I received here was truly like no other. While I was not buying one of their most valuable vehicles, I was treated with the same level of service and respect. It was a truly enjoyable experience to purchase this vehicle with such a great dealership and the impressive staff that takes such pride in their profession. Thank you. More
