Took my wife's car in for State Inspection. Complementary and it passed. That was the good news. I was advised it needed an engine and cabin air filter. Job was done in the parking lot - no too Complementary and it passed. That was the good news. I was advised it needed an engine and cabin air filter. Job was done in the parking lot - no tools needed - took about 4 minutes to do both filters. Cost $64.22 for parts and $73.72 labor. $73.72 for a job that required no tools and took about 4 minutes....doesn't that sound a little high...? I guess I can accept some of the blame for not paying attention but I had a lot on my mind and was in a hurry. More

Rate dealership very good. Old fasioned in they do not use hi-pressure and 'my way or the highway' negotiation, but try to get to know you and work for your needs/wants. Feel like they know me and want to keep me satisfied as a customer. Could have purchased my new 2022 Impreza at a closer dealership but was not satisfied with the way I was treated by those who approve the end results there. More
