Excellent service. I was taking my car in for a new A/C , Heater blower motor. On my way to the dealership I had a flat tire. Both issues were taken care of in a very timely manner, they also found the time Heater blower motor. On my way to the dealership I had a flat tire. Both issues were taken care of in a very timely manner, they also found the time to perform a four wheel alinement and do an oil change. I have never been unhappy with any aspect of this dealership. Bought a Forester here 5 years ago and have always had it serviced here, and enjoyed the friendliness and 'smallness' of the place (meant in a good way - they make you feel comfortable). Went back now to bu serviced here, and enjoyed the friendliness and 'smallness' of the place (meant in a good way - they make you feel comfortable). Went back now to buy a new 2014 Forester. Laura 1st helped me - said they have no base models, but talked me into test driving a 'Premier' (next step up) edition. Comes with more bells & whistles than I wanted, and also had tinted glass, which I didn't think I'd like. She suggested I come drive it at night. Joe, who sold me a car 5 years ago, took over the sale and gave me a great price on a trade-in for my 2009 Subaru and also a great price on the 2014. Bought it contingent on a night test drive, which worked out well - the tinted glass doesn't cut down on visibility as much as I thought, so we bought it. Very happy with paperwork process - finance guy explained options for extended warranties, but didn't push, just handled the paperwork expeditiously, was out of there in an hour after car serviced and gased up. More
