Chad OK Zeigler OK, Car still a problem, Came in because engine was hesitating and stalling. Worse in the winter. 1st visit, changed oil, said be back in 1000, then back in another 1000. 2nd visit, no oil c engine was hesitating and stalling. Worse in the winter. 1st visit, changed oil, said be back in 1000, then back in another 1000. 2nd visit, no oil change, I don't know what was done. They said they would call. Called, They said to make an appointment for the engine???? That is what I came for in the 1st visit! I am confused, What do I do now? I need my engine replaced before the warranty runs out in2027. More

Felt taken advantage of and received poor service. My car is 2 years old and the AC is not working on one of the hottest weeks of the year. They sold me a warranty that covers dents tires windshield. I have no need for that I have car insurance. Weren't going to split the cost of the repair with me unless I agreed to keep the warranty. windshield. I have no need for that I have car insurance. Had to get the store manager involved and they agreed to fix it instead of me paying 1200 I paid 633. I've had that car 2 months the compressor didn't work from day one. It was tested in cold weather so they said they had no way of knowing it didn't work. How is that my problem? Very disappointed in this experience I will not be back ever. More
