The service department and service advisor Ron are great! We travelled 7 hours for a tournament and realized there was a vibration in the front end of our Tahoe. I contacted 3 tire shops and explained the situation and was told by all three that they couldn’t do anything for me. Ziegler Hyundai was next to our hotel so I contacted them and was told to bring the vehicle in. Ron got the vehicle in as soon as I showed up and it was fixed in less than an hour. I highly recommend them! More

Excellent service, friendly staff, clean facility. Was in for oil change, tire rotation, and recall fixes. Only took about 1 hour total. The only thing I would recommend is that you have soda available in the waiting room, not just water, and that you would have some children's books or toys. I don't have children, but there was a 2 year old there, and the poor girl was bired with nothing to keep her occupied. TV can maybe be on a cartoon?? You have 2 TVs. Make 1 for kids! More
