Terrible tech communication. Didn’t even answer the phone with his name. Just hello… You kept my car for 3 days before even looking at it. When I picked up the car for trans module repair the car slips out of drive into neutral so now I have to bring it back. More

Ed the manager of service is very unprofessional. A bad business look. Always unprofessional when I come to do business at Ziegler service.
