They were courteous and friendly. They delivered what they promised in terms of how long it would take to fix the car. They sat down with me and explained everything. I have had really bad experiences with Hyundai in general starting with the purchase of my car at an Illinois dealership. Subsequent visits to other dealerships (since I wouldn’t go back to the one where I bought the car) were equally bad. But my car broke down on the highway and the dealership was close by so I took my chances and went there. From the minute I parked the car they were taking care of me. It was really amazing. More
