I got to work with Cade. I thought I knew what I wanted but he helped me realize what I liked the most and then found exactly what I wanted! I won't be rushing back to this dealership. I think I bought a decent vehicle but the experience was lousy. I was a cash buyer and after agreeing to a price I was still at the dealership for a I think I bought a decent vehicle but the experience was lousy. I was a cash buyer and after agreeing to a price I was still at the dealership for another 2 hours before everything was in order for me to leave. When it was finally time to take the vehicle I was only given one key and key fob. I questioned this, saying it's important to me to have a second key. Well they only have one, parts can probably cut another key for me....at my expense of course. At one point, during the activation process of an OnStar trial, the salesman was watching tiktok videos instead of focusing on the task in process. Another learning experience for me and another example of why the car buying process is no fun for most of us. More

Melanie was very shy, timid, and not very knowledgeable about the sale of the vehicle. In which made it very hard to communicate with her. The sale was pretty much done thru the manager Chad. Bravo and Hig about the sale of the vehicle. In which made it very hard to communicate with her. The sale was pretty much done thru the manager Chad. Bravo and High Five to Chad. I will say the only down fall to this experience other than Melanie was I have now asked 3 different times about buying a spare tire and asked for a cost on one since the newer cars don't come with one. Who knew since that was not told to me at the time of purchase! Surprise I still haven't got a response or answer. More
