They had the vehicle in stock that we were looking for. Even the correct color. Mark was easy to talk to and was able to answer all our questions or find the answer for us. We felt they were good on the trade in process of our old vehicle. Mark even made several trips to our house to make sure we could get the garage door opener to function correctly. Dealership was ready for me at the appointment time. They performed the oil change and tire rotation in an appropriate time. I was a little disappointed that they didn't talk to me about the oil weigh They performed the oil change and tire rotation in an appropriate time. I was a little disappointed that they didn't talk to me about the oil weight they used as all the half ton GMC trucks were recalled because of the fact that they were using that light weight oil and engines were going bad. Mine truck is a half ton dielsel and they are using the same weight oil as the gas trucks. I sure hope nothing happens to my engine. We really like our GMC diesel truck. More
