I called Palmer and Sales Consultant, Chad Thomas answered the phone. I told him exactly what I was looking for. We exchanged info and less than half hour he sent me a video text of exactly what I as answered the phone. I told him exactly what I was looking for. We exchanged info and less than half hour he sent me a video text of exactly what I asked for. I went in person to negotiate the deal. He was very fast in giving me the value of my current vehicle. Typically my husband buys all of our vehicles over the phone then we go in and sign. I can not stand playing games with money especially when it comes to buying vehicles. They say they gave me the best deal possible. Maybe the did, maybe they didn't. I guess I will never know. Which is why I can not stand buying vehicles. Chad and his Business Manager, Mr. Wilks were very professional and fast. Coming from a sales background, I appreciated how Chad Thomas earned my business and went above and beyond. I will send him business for sure. Chad even helped me transfer my items from my Tahoe to my new jeep. He also took the time to show me how all of the technology worked.
