If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I have a 2019 Chevrolet Blazer and from Feb to end of March. First breakdown 2/6 i got my car towed to chevy they told me its the battery. Changed it I have a 2019 Chevrolet Blazer and from Feb to end of March. First breakdown 2/6 i got my car towed to chevy they told me its the battery. Changed it. A few weeks later, 3/1 I broke down again. Towed it back to chevy and this time they told me out was the alternator. They checked and cleared the starter being the problem. It cost me $1000 or $1400 I believe. Literally got my car back and it was acting funny, gas mileage fluctuating abnormally and running kind of rough. Then on 3/30 I broke down again. Each time my car died and the auto start feature wouldn't re engage. Had it towed a THIRD time. This time chevy had to keep my car for a while to figure out what was wrong. Finally got a call that the STARTER was the problem, even though it had been checked 4 weeks prior. Yes, chevy covered the starter and gave me rental cars but I was also told by the manager RJ that the tow would be reimbursed and that never happened. I missed 5 days of work throughout all this. Each time i broke down. I was headed to work. And I work as a hospice nurse, so breaking down is not something that is in the schedule. I went in end of April for a routine oil change, and they told me that my radiator was leaking. They wanted to charge me $3600. The technician had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to have it done at that visit. Like I had a choice after having spent well over $2000 on the three breakdowns and rental cars and missing work. I went elsewhere to a trusted mechanic and had my radiator replaced for half the cost of what chevy was trying to charge me. The most disappointing of all of this isn't even the fact that I broke down three times and had to get to work still somehow, it's that the manager has yet to call me back after I left a message for him on June 10th regarding my tow reimbursement. Customer service is not a concern to this dealership... As they can't even call back customers that have been loyal to chevy since the day they started driving their own car. Not to mention The service advisors Jimmy, and Chad are exceptionally rude and could care less with their flat affect and the ignorant way they speak to customers. I know im a woman but im not stupid and they talk to you like you're stupid. I can't trust this chevy dealership to do honest trustworthy work on your car. It's really sad because I loved chevy, and i've only ever owned chevy, but this seriously makes me think twice about ever owning a chevy again. And I definitely will NEVER IN MY LIFE have my car serviced at the chevy advantage of bolingbrook. They overcharge, do crappy inspections, can't diagnose properly and their customer service skills are in the gutter. I've never felt so disregarded as a customer like none of my concerns even matter. Due to these poor outcomes, I'll NEVER buy a chevy from this dealership either. Beware of Chevy Advantage Bolingbrook!!!! More
