CM was constantly in communication with me and was very clear about expectations. He also maintained and showed support for his client. Mr. Riccardo, though understanding we had a sales person, was hos clear about expectations. He also maintained and showed support for his client. Mr. Riccardo, though understanding we had a sales person, was hospitable and accommodating while we waited for CM to arrive. This is a reflection of ownership, in my opinion. Great job!! More

My transmission went out on me on the way to work and had to go to the dealer. I was upset and done with car payments. But, with two kids and two jobs, I NEEDED A CAR. I was introduced to CM Patel at Mike Re to go to the dealer. I was upset and done with car payments. But, with two kids and two jobs, I NEEDED A CAR. I was introduced to CM Patel at Mike Rezi Nissian, and I swear, he was sent from GOD. He got me into the car I wanted and more importantly at the PRICE I wanted!!! When I tell you I left feeling like, maybe God just wanted me to have a new car!? If you are looking to buy a car please go see CM!!! He is kind, patient and he made me feel like he wanted me to have the best experience buying a car, and not feeling like I was being forced into buying something I couldn't afford or needed. Thank you CM for making my day!!! I will definitely be back to see you when it's time for my son to get his car ; ) More

Mr Patel and I worked out a deal on a LEAF over the phone. I met CM when I came in to sign and pay. He and the entire staff were very helpful and professional and knowledgeable about the LEAF.
