They were good but the wait time is way too long arrived
at 10 o'clock in the morning and didn't get out of there till 5 o'clock. I am 77 years old. I can't be hanging out at the dealership all day.

The sales process was great, it was handled over the
phone by the Internet sales manager, however, the deliver of the car the day of the sales fell short of good customer service. We had several issue

For example, the car was not properly prepared, there was still plastic on parts of the car, including parts the engine compartment. When we sent an email to speak with our sales manager we did not get a response. When we called, we were told he doesn't check email. We provided feedback via the dealership and no one has bothered to call us back. My wife and I both feel that we were rushed out the door and left on our own to figure things out.
