Great experience with Chandika I came to Norm Reeves Honda on a random Thursday night after the wife and I decided to purchase a new or used vehicle. I had not decided whether to buy used or new or a big vehicle versus a small one. Chandika approached me and could sense I was very undecided so he showed me all of the used car options I was considering. But after hearing my concerns about used cars and him giving me some good advise he showed me the Accord and Civic. I was very impressed with the vehicles and wanted to discuss prices so he introduced me to AJ. The prices were very fair. I informed them I needed my wife to look over options and they did not pressure me to "get a deal done tonight " like at Ken Grody". They let me know to come in early so I said I would be there at 1030 on Sunday. Cut to Sunday and Chandika was early to greet us and was ready to speak with my wife about any questions she had. We decided in the Civic and the prices AJ quoted me on Thursday were still good on Sunday. Great experience all around. Thanks Chandika and AJ. More

Upon arrival we asked to see AJ Jinadasa and we were taken to him. He as great and really helped us out with getting the car we wanted. We also worked closely with Chandika DeSilva, who took us out for our tester drive and got the paperwork started for us. Both Chandika and AJ were amazing. Very professional, made us comfortable, and insured to answer any questions we asked. We already decided after driving home in our new Civic that when it's time for us to upgrade our 2nd car that we will be going back and seeing Chandika & AJ again! More

Chandika understood exactly what I needed and showed me the CRV. As a father himself, Chandika knew my concerns and helped answer ALL of my many questions. He was honest and made me feel comfortable. I did not feel any pressure from him, I only felt his genuine interest for my needs. He showed me thee utmost care during my visit and even entertained my 7 month old baby we walked around the lot. He was considerate of my time and got me in and out in no time with my new car. I have recommended Chandika to my friends and family. Sales people just care about the sales. They harrass you until they get their sale then want nothing to do with you. I got a lease from them. then they continue to harrass me by phone and em They harrass you until they get their sale then want nothing to do with you. They pretend they have no idea what I am talking about and proceed to tell me "I need to read the contract before I sign the paperwork". they thing is I have a question about my contract. I did not care about the payment. That is fine. But I wanted to know if I could get a package removed and someone else there told me that I could I need to talk to my sales rep. But these guys are telling me that they have no idea and told me to talk to someone else. They just want you to buy stuff from them and thats it. Once your out the door they dont want to deal with any issues after that to help you out. More
