This dealership is very poor in customer service, they sold me a new vehicle which did not have working air conditioning. This week visited Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos to for a service matter. After I met with service adviser Leo and on my way out I met Chandika De Silva. while chatting with him I just mention I planning to service matter.
